Alpha Terms

1. An unfinished experiment

Warpkeep is independently developed and operated by one person. The core strategy gameplay loop is not implemented yet. The current Alpha is a persistent visual preview of a living world under active construction, not a finished game or MMO. Features, rules, admission, availability, world state, and progress may change, break, pause, or be reset. Do not rely on Alpha state for anything you cannot afford to lose.

Warpkeep is open source. Feedback and contributions are welcome and may inform later world or gameplay changes, but submission or participation does not guarantee that a suggestion, identity, contribution, or likeness will appear in the game.

2. No reward or financial promise

Alpha participation will not earn or entitle you to tokens, airdrops, allocations, compensation, external rewards, guaranteed financial gain, or future value. There is no promise of profit, appreciation, or payment.

Experimental in-game Marks are non-transferable, non-redeemable accounting units with no cash value. They may change, be corrected, or be reset. An eligible ordinary SNAP token burn on Ethereum mainnet may be reflected as Marks under the published game policy, but neither a burn nor Marks guarantees any payment, airdrop, external reward, or financial gain.

3. Your entry agreement

Checking the in-game box and selecting Continue to sign-in means you agree to these Alpha Terms and the Hegemony Social Contract, version 2026-07-19-HEGEMONY-SOCIAL-CONTRACT-V3. Together they form entry-agreement bundle 2026-07-19-hegemony-entry-agreement-v3. The checkbox does not accept the Privacy Notice as blanket privacy consent.

After authenticated entry, Warpkeep stores private evidence containing the verified FID, exact bundle version, and acceptance time. It does not store the checkbox state, QR payload, proof, signature, access token, session cookie, or wallet information in that evidence. A later material agreement requires a fresh unchecked acceptance.

4. Accounts, access, and conduct

Use only an account you are authorized to control. Warpkeep never needs your seed phrase or private key. The current entry flow does not ask the browser to connect a wallet, sign a wallet message, approve a token, make a payment, or submit a transaction. Any ordinary SNAP burn is a separate action initiated by the user on Ethereum mainnet.

Access is allowlist gated and conditional, not purchased property or permanent tenure. Follow applicable law and the Social Contract. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, exploit vulnerabilities for advantage, automate abusive traffic, disrupt the service, or access another player's non-public data.

5. Privacy and availability

The Privacy Notice describes authentication, public game projections, private authority data, providers, retention limits, and privacy choices. Some public Realm state intentionally links an admitted FID and trusted public Farcaster presentation to a castle. Wallet associations, balances, individual burn receipts, and ownership authority remain private.

The Alpha is provided as available and without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

6. Changes and contact

Warpkeep is not sponsored, operated, or endorsed by Farcaster, Optimism, Ethereum, Cloudflare, GitHub, Clockwork Labs, or SpacetimeDB. Their own terms may apply. The revision and date above identify this agreement. Questions and public feedback may be shared through the Warpkeep repository without posting private account or authentication data. Report vulnerabilities only through the repository's Security Policy.
